We hope you can find everything you need. Killsport LLC is focused on providing you with the tools and knowledge to meet your fitness goals. As a member of the Killsport Club you will be guided through programs of strength and fitness. Your trainer is certified as a Level 2 instructor under Pavel Tsatsouline the man who started the kettlebell craze and built the Russian Kettlebell Challenge as the leading fitness industry in the US. The kettlebell and the system your trainer uses at Killsport will transform your body faster than any other system out there while avoiding the injuries of too much too soon, seen in other systems.
Most members join on montly at 2 or 3 day a week programs. Programs change monthly. Men programs cycle through strength and conditioning. While ladies cycle through strength conditioning and sculpting. A variety of conditioning tools are used to include kettlebells, free weights, pull up bars, exercise bike, medicine balls, agility ladder, body weight conditioning, boxing conditioning, mma conditioning, fast and loose, super joints relax into stretch, and bullet proofing combinations.
